  • 1.  V2025 PU1 Aged Invoice Report - Not Summarizing

    Client just reported this.  Summary report not summarizing.  Looks completely different than v2024 report.

    I verified his findings on my installation.  Also "searched" the KB FWIW.

    Has anyone seen this? Do you have a workaround?

    Is this a day one bug report?

    Copy the one from 2024 over.  You're right, there's something wrong with the Crystal report. But the 2024 runs fine on it as long as they don't expand their invoice numbers.  And I assume that is why there is an issue, because someone had to touch the report for 2025.

    Thanks for confirming and providing a resolution @Beth Bowers.

    I am puzzled why, after 8 months, this has not been reported and/or fixed.  

    Doesn't anyone print the report in summary?  Have resellers resolved without reporting it?  Or is Sage keeping this one "close to their vest" and making you ask "nicely" for the hotfix?

    Is it just me or is submitting a support ticket via the partner portal like getting root canal without any Novocain?  I give up.  Tried three, no, make that four times in both Edge and Chrome.  Nearly made it in Chrome, but after writing up the issue, I could not locate the save button.  Ugh

    Jeff I had the worst time trying to submit a ticket in the portal and had the same problems as you.  I had to give up.

    Everyone - Please click on the community link above to post a note that "We are mad as hell and we aren't going to take it any more".  I doubt this will have any impact on getting the portal improved, but we will feel better in the short term.
