  • 1.  v2023 IRP Install

    Migrating client from v2021 to v2023.  The client has MRP in 2021 but no manufacturing module (WO or OM).  They use MRP to determine needs based on IM, SO, PO and BM entries.  When I installed v2023, IRP was part of the installation.

    So what is the correct way to install IRP without PM?

    I had a problem installing just IRP (without PM) on a v2022 system, but hopefully Sage fixed that for v2023.

    If you are able to install just IRP, and get an expiry message when trying to use it, open a Sage case to get that fixed... and escalate to the top immediately.  It took a couple weeks to fix it for our client.

    Thanks.  Not sure why it didn't install automatically as it is part of the Sage registration keys

    That's my point: the brand new Sage registration keys for adding IRP only (no PM) didn't work for us, and we had to escalate a case to get that fixed.  It was listed correctly on the Partner Portal, but was not in the actual keys.
