That's my point: the brand new Sage registration keys for adding IRP only (no PM) didn't work for us, and we had to escalate a case to get that fixed. It was listed correctly on the Partner Portal, but was not in the actual keys.

I had a problem installing just IRP (without PM) on a v2022 system, but hopefully Sage fixed that for v2023.
If you are able to install just IRP, and get an expiry message when trying to use it, open a Sage case to get that fixed... and escalate to the top immediately. It took a couple weeks to fix it for our client.
