    Client mentioned a change in v2023 behavior.  Previously, when he deleted a record in the item master, he could click the the forward video button to access the next record.  Good.

    Now when he deletes a record in v2023, he is returned to the beginning of the table.  When he clicks on the next record button, he pulls up the first record in the table.  Not so good - different.

    Does this ring a bell with anyone?

    Nothing apparent on the Sage KB

    My 2023 doesn't act that way.  I deleted a "C" item and clicked the forward after and the next "C" item came up.

    Maybe a blank or bad record in CI_Item ?

    Although not the same issue, upon Upgrading my v2021.2 Prem client incl Operations Mgmt, they had something similar of which Scanco provided a program fix even though they couldn't re-create the issue on their end:  Upon opening a W/T in W/T Inquiry and clicking the 'next step/arrow', it brings you to the last step and not the 'next' (or 'first') step.

    Apparently there was some sort of issue/conflict between the JT_WorkTicket file and SQL.
