Upgraded from v2018.6 to v2022.5 Standard 32-bit with WO, Scanco MB, DSD-Lot at Standard Cost, CertiPro cycle count all working fine except for WO Traveler and WO Picking Sheet printing and only in some companies.

All are custom forms but also happens with just the standard forms. Receive message Error 12 file does not exist or already exists – re-run WS setup.

Open crystal form, verify database wants to remove all tables, as they do not exist. Start a new crystal report and only about 7 work order tables exist.

5 companies use WO – initially all received the error 12. For 2 of the companies, I was able to resolve by creating a copy of the company, update the form to the current level save and then copy the form to the company with the issue. This same method is not working for the remaining 3 companies.

I have uninstalled the WS setup, deleted the SOTAMAS90 ODBC reinstalled WS setup. ODBC security is not enabled. I'm not sure what to try next.

I appreciate any suggestions.

It means the WOFile.dd and WOFld.dd files are missing from the \mas90\DDICTS folder. Maybe you can copy them over from your own v2022 install.
