  • 1.  v2022 StarShip Link not showing in StarShip client even though Link was installed

    I'm doing a Sage 100 Upgrade which includes Upgrading StarShip and migrating to new server, but even though I've installed the StarShip Link (twice), it's not showing in StarShip.  What am I missing?  All I see is the 2014 Link and a non-version-specific Link, of which neither is allowing us to access the v2022 data.

    Make sure you have a compatible version of the StarShip Link and if StarShip with Sage 100.  There is a newer version of the "Link" software released last year.

    Sounds like it might be a Registration issue on V-tech's end.

    I gave up trying to upgrade these enhancements after customers insisted I contact the publisher within 3 minutes of hitting any glitch. Most third-parties have a bare bones/non-existent KB so unless everything goes super smooth you may end up paying anyhow. Just work it into the upgrade price.

    Brent you need to call V0-technologies(Starship)  and they need to enable the link.  Once you refresh the licenses on the Starship  server it will all work.
