v2021 PU1 with APS / REPAY

Does anyone have a client using Sage 100 v2021 PU1, with APS Credit Card (Repay)?  My client just upgraded and we can not get the REPAY Software to function.  They are telling me that the AR Payment Type Screen no longer reads "Paya", and instead should read REPAY.  Mine does not.  And they have sent me two different installers for my client.  They say I must be installing wrong.  (RC, Run as Administrator, Convert Data, Run Custom Office Utilities; pretty simple to me). On my local PC, I installed their software and I also don't see changes to the AR Payment Type Screen.  Feels like the run-around, and I have a client that can't charge credit cards for their second day.

They changed the way their keys work within the past 6 months.  Make sure you are using the new keys, not old ones.  When I ran into that in an upgrade a few months ago, I added this to our upgrade checklist.

@Kevin Moyes I was trying to attach a screen shot of AR Payment Type.  Do you have a screen shot?  Mine still says "paya" on the bottom section.

The documentation shows how it should look...

    Watching this as well.
I have an overdue 2021 UG that is using APS/Repay
I put the brakes on the UG once I read that there was an issue with the Repay integration

There are new steps to activate APS after the change from a few months ago, and they are not well understood by APS support staff.  Documentation at the time had nothing for upgrades from old keys to new keys... I mean, why would they want to document *that*? :eyeroll:
For one upgrade I was emailed the WRONG new API key for one of the customer's company codes.
    Double-check everything.
Link to post from that fiasco.

Just had a 2019-2021 upgrade that included WSP and APS.  WSP went fine - APS took 3.5 days to resolve.  Strong suspicion that they installed the wrong version of APS at one point.  AND wrong company codes.  Total DISASTER.

Does anyone have updated APS / Repay instructions for upgrades?  I have an upgrade going Live on the weekend, and the ones that came with the installer still reference "APS" stuff, not Repay... (this is after being provided the wrong installer to begin with).
    :eyeroll:
I've just emailed asking for the instructions, but I have more faith in 90Minds than APS / Repay support.

Sad... upgrades should be routine / easy.  It seems things went down hill after APS took over for the software development from ASI.

PDF attached... still has horrible wording for an upgrade.
    • "Convert Cards"
    • "create Repay credit card records"
I don't want to do either of those things!  I just want to relink to their existing card vault.

@Kevin Moyes the file for v2021 should say "repay", not the APS one they are sending.

Be 100% sure you have Network Administrator Rights.  If not, it will "appear" to work fine, but then really won't work.  I'd keep emailing to get the right installer.

I do have the Repay installer...

The original one they emailed me was for v2018 (the "from" version in this upgrade, not the "to" version).

I just got off the phone with a Sage 100 v2018 customer who has been having problems receiving timely Repay support.

    Their complaint is:

    - customers tell them they can’t click the link on the emails
    - at least one customer received a click to pay email and when they went into the portal they saw many other invoices - that weren’t theirs. ( this might be tied to the customer number being close to - ie 00- SMITH01 , 00-SMITH02, 00-SMITH03,

Their other complaint is that they’re having trouble reaching someone in support who also follows up. According to them they submit tickets via email and it can take a week to hear.

I’ve reached out to Repay for guidance on what’s happening.

Isn't APS / Repay a 90Minds affiliate?  Perhaps we can get a representative into a webinar where we can have a Q&A on everyone's concerns... giving them a chance to "make it right"...?

I emailed Brittany about a recently upgraded customer - v2019 to v2021.2 - and she responded very quickly. I've always like working with her. :)
