More info and clarification
"SPECIAL" was just an example of any custom form code.....
The customer had old keys, from before they went to subscription
I could tell because when I tried to go into Default Form maintenance (new feature in 2021 for subscription only)
it said that they could not use that feature, because they weren't subscription.
When I updated their new keys, then the last form code started working, and the Default Form file was empty.... (but they could get in there to look)
So the issue may be only for non-subscription 2021 sites.
Will open a case with Sage unless anyone else has experienced this, and will report back.
Working at the user now, but I have a saved copy where it is not working.
