Now it has been SEVEN months since v2021 migration. Last word was on 10/6.
I reached out to the support manager and he is working with his team to take another look at the issue. We did enter in a defect in our system but they closed it because they thought that there was a setting in Multi-Bin that fixed the issue. They also worked with Scanco so they could get StarShip setup in their enjoinment so Scanco could also test the issue so they will also follow up with Scanco.
Myself or our support team will keep you posted.
Not sure what is going on, but no one is happy.

Update. Four months later and still no joy in Muddville. The latest note to Scanco and VTech
Been four months since the issue started after upgrading to v2021. Roger had a container arrive this week and it was very difficult to process to the back order issue here. Can we have an update to ANY progress/action being take to RESOLVE this four month old thorn in the side issue? ANY comment would be a positive!!! The last update we had was from Catherine Ellis on 6/24 Sorry for not getting back sooner, we have enlisted the help of Starship to get this properly installed on our system Did Starship engage? Catherine, could you comment on what actions VTechnology has taken to move the ball forward?? Frankly, I am amazed that you have not resolved (or seemingly done anything on) this issue.
End of rant.
Especially frustrating when Sage won't engage because they don't have any relationships with VTechnologies.

This is getting quite old. Nearly three months and Vtech still is NOT stepping up to the plate! Crickets. Totally Crickets. Client is frustrated.

Still no resolution to this. Does anyone have a v-tech contact for the head of sales? Time to go to the top. TIA

Yes it is and it populated with a 'Y". Strange that the Scanco MD fields do not appear as an option in the SS dictionary. SS and Ron Chomp are supposed to be working on it...

Still no resolution to this. V-tech has escalated issue and Ron Chomp at Scanco suggested installing the latest release of MB along with patches. No improvement. Yes, SS and MB have many installations with v2021. Just our Lotto Luck that we would be the FIRST install with this issue........

I would like to find an intelligent tech support person. The latest contact said there was no field in the shipping data entry (aka invoice) table. Had to explain to my client that there wasn't one in v2019 either because SS does not pull information from the invoice tables, it only writes back to those tables. Any one?

When you call V-Technologies ask for the issue to be escalated to the highest technician level and you want to speak to a higher level technician vs. the support person being the middle person. As i am sure you know, it could be a Scanco issue which they also will not take responsibility for.

Any one have a contact at Starship that I can use to get them to engage with client? They are playing the classic Sage blame game. System worked fine two days ago (v2019) not not now with 2021. I am not seeing anything that has changed in the data table.
TIA

Drilling into the SO detail record, the MB fields display with the correct values. Looking at the Starship mapping available, only the UDF fields display. So it would seem that the mapping is incomplete. Will try connecting with Starship later and hopefully get a different tech on the line.
