  • 1.  v2021 ADV Error 200

    Trying to go live with 2017 migration to 2021.   Getting this error when quick printing an SO.  No hits on the Sage KB  Error is on all workstations.

    Thoughts?

    Is it something to do with AR_CustomerPDFEDeliveryLog not being found?

    @Wayne Schulz - Yes.  They have Repay installed for CC processing.  I do not see any file for edelivery as an option in reinitialize files either.

    OK, I found a copy of ar_customerPDFEDeliverylog.mft in an earlier test migration folder.  Copied it and am now past that error message.  @Wayne Schulz - when you have a minute, could you elaborate on your solution.  Is it a Repay file and why isn't it the data dictionary to reinitialize?

    Repay have been making some pretty big changes Lately.   Be aware they it not like the old days. Where they just modify the credit card stuff.   Definitely test prior to go live.

    TEST everything and be ware of just copying mas_XXX files as a short cut.  BTW, Brittany Dudman @repay  -This file is also not present in my demo system. Is there another 3rd party product that may have impacted that file?

    Will be interesting to read @Wayne Schulz explanation

    in the V2021 and newer.  Sage added a new Customer Edelivery Log functionality along with adding a new file AR_CustomerPDFEDeliveryLog.M4T  ( not MFT)   to track the email deliveries.  This file definitely is in the Data dictionary and can be manually reinitialized if missing.   In light of this issue has nothing to do with Repay.

    Thx @Jim Woodhead - Manually initializing the table did not come to mind.  Been a while since I last did that.  @Wayne Schulz had mentioned that as well via phone call.  I think it boils down to the many iterations of migrating and converting that I did.  Thanks to all.  Now onto to the missing EInvoicePayments flag in the AR_Customer table.......
