  • 1.  v2020 Payroll Custom Reports running on Sage 100 ADV v2019

    Having issues running PR reports from the custom reports folder.  I have converted four reports from v2017 am reattaching them to the menu.  After I do and try to execute, I get this message on two of the reports, one report errors with invalid fields and one actually works.

    The KB offers the attached.  V2019 is ADV but I am running it in 90 mode.  CS ODBC driver is disabled for my user account.  All reports run without issue from Crystal Designer.

    I have removed them from the menu and reinstalled several times.  Even installed it under AR customer reports.

    Databases have been verified.

    Thoughts?

    Is "Save Data with Report" selected? What do the 3 reports (or 2 giving this message) have in common that the working one doesn't?

    The three were rewritten from existing v2017 PR reports.  The working one was dropped in from another client.
