Did a v2019 STD install and migration tonight. All went well until I tried to launch v2019 AFTER I did the migration from v2016. Which was odd after accessing many times up to that point. Double click on the icon, the process launches but the login panel never appears, Kill the process in task master, try again and same result. Reboot server same result,. V2016 still launches. Reinstall the workstation, same result.
Could AV be preventing even though it launched numerous times prior to the migration?
