Program bug or user error? Has anyone encountered this?
In Positive pay export, in setting up the FILE header record (there is also a header record and a second header record), the ... included in the total item count" check box does not seem to be working. It does work if I use the header record. Seems to be a programming bug but want to make sure before calling Sage and wasting more of my valuable time on it.
