v2017 Standard Mode - Client's favorites disappeared from the top of the launcher. She still have favorites to the left on the launcher but not in the ribbon. Her ribbon also disappeared but we were able to restore. Not life threatening but you know have anal accountants are..... We switched to classic then back to standard. No luck. I suppose we could rename the json files, but was hoping there is a secret trick less drastic.
