v2017 Premium, Sage Intelligence : The customer ran the financial statements in SI and saved them in an Excel workbook (when the data populates Excel after running the report designer, the user clicks File, Save As in Excel to save the report.
When they opened the workbook today it did not bring in the task pane for financials and I can't add it. There is a message ""This workbook does not have valid data to use in the Report Designer Add-In"".
When the Excel workbook is open the data initially looks OK, but as soon as any change is made all of the numbers disappear.
I found a KB article and have tried several recommendations but haven't been able to figure it out.
