    v2017 premium. In Purchase order lines. If the user clicks on the ""Item Code"" field, on a line that has data, then clicks on the item code field on a new (blank) line, the previous (populated) item code becomes blank. This only happens in the live company. They have Starship, APS credit cards, and a PO detail script. The script is not specific to a company. The script is active for all companies. I made a backup of the live company and the issue is not present using the same PO number. Any ideas what could be the cause?

    Are you sure the script is running in all company codes? Confirm that the ""allow external access"" is turned on in your backup company. I would also try turning that check box OFF in the live company just to make sure it is not the script. we had a similar thing going in on BOM detail and it was a script we had and the user didn't have sufficient rights to do what the script was calling for.

    @DavidOverholt You got it. Thank you! I didn't enable remote access in the backup company. When I enable it, the same issue occurs in the backup company. It just occurred to me that they also have Alerts & Workflows, which also requires external access. Next step is to change the script to only use the live company and see if the test company still has the issue.

    Looks like it may be related to the post-read routine used to process pre-script POs. Unable to test until users are out of Sage.
