v2017 PR Aatrix 941 Form - Where does this form pull information for employee count as of the 12th of the 3rd month of each quarter? Had a client inform me that theirs was incorrect and I was doing another client's 941 and it was incorrect as well. The second client did not terminate an employee in May but did not pay him in June, so he should not have bee included in the count. I terminated employee as of 5/15 and reran 941 but it was still off. Thoughts? I doubt if the lack of pinpoint accuracy will get you in trouble with Uncle Sam but client is still expecting it to be accurate. TIA

The counts on my clients 941's have rarely been correct. They also are not correct on the MI unemployment report. I set up an excel query on the check history file and pull the counts from that. Will need a new way for 2018 unless they have fixed it in that level.
