    v2017 - Client set up customer to have a default salesman code of ""MR"" (multiple reps) if CS order entry person is supposed to change the salesman based on the circumstances of the order. And of course CS on more than one occasion has forgotten to change rep assigned thereby causing all sorts of issues downstream. In CO advanced settings for that field, you can default it to a value you want it to be but I don't see a way to code ""does NOT equal"". Is this possible or are we looking a simple script to display a message? Any other options? I have thought about modifying the Crystal reports to print a message but there are too many to touch. TIA

    Maybe a script warning if slsp = MR
