v2017 Advanced running Standard view (not classic), . Have a user that has managed to hide the unit cost field on the PO line entry tab. When he clicks over to the line tab, you can see the field for an instant and then it disappears. I have reset the panels, resized the panel, tried the side by side view, opened the panel in custom office (different user) but cannot get it to appear for that user on THAT workstation. It will run properly for him on another workstation. Thoughts? TIA

Have the user log out on his regular machine and then rename the Sage 100 folder that's in the Documents folder. Now have the user log back in and try again. I think the JSON files in the Sage 100 folder save and control the local user settings.

Did you try to pull the separator (like in excel when you want to expand a field).

Ding, ding ding - We have a winner @JohnKerr. Rename the Sage 100 folder and unit cost appeared. I did go into the old Sage 100 folder, found the favorites.json file and copied it over to the new folder so user's favorites did not have to be rebuilt.

Not so fast says the client. The issue seems to only be an issue if client has sent the font scaling to MEDIUM. The default font and the large font displays the unit cost properly. Not so with the medium. Almost like it is hidden (column width of zero)???
