    v2017 ADV - Client's paperless email connection took a dump and they aren't able to email PR advices out. Of course, they have only fifteen minutes to get the stuff to the bank. If you deselect email the advices (pops up after the DD date panel which pops up after the check register) you aren't able to get past that panel to generate the DD ACH file. I could have them reprint the advices but NOT electronically deliver. Does anyone have any other option thoughts....

    I think when we've run into this in the past, the only way we've been able to get it to go through is to totally turn off paperless forms, finish the payroll and then turn paperless forms back on. I'm pretty sure it tries to email them even if you pick a different paperless office output option.

    You should be able to email them again from the Paperless PR Stub Viewer. It will be one at a time, though.

    I turned off the PR paperless forms but that did not move the ball forward. Seems like there is a ""bug"" feature in that you seem to be able to shut off the paperless delivery in the final phase but in reality you can't.
