Thanks @LeeGraham. I don't think the record was open during PR update. Workstation just locked up. Client rebooted, finished the update. Uploaded the ACH file to the bank, then noticed it was missing one DD transaction. She determined it was this employee. I suggested she look at the earnings tab to verify that his paycheck processed and that it was only missing in the ACH file. When we look at the employee record, this error occurs and the employee record will not display. So the question is what to I fix or should I just reboot the server to clear the lock.
