    v2017 ADV Client was updating PR when WS locked up. When she restarted, she was able to complete. But after uploading the ACH file to the bank she noticed one employee did not have a deposit. She looked in employee maintenance to see if DD deposit record was written but system display this error when look for the specific employee. All other employee records are viewable. Error 0 Record/File busy. Program prwmaa line 1340. There are no KB matches for the message. PR_01 is viewable in DFDM is that is of any importance. Has anyone encountered this glitch? Resolution? Reboot server to clear?? TIA

    That is an Extract statement on the PR1 employee file, is their record called up in maintenance (or was it when the lockup occurred). Debug and ? V1$ for empl #.

    Thanks @LeeGraham. I don't think the record was open during PR update. Workstation just locked up. Client rebooted, finished the update. Uploaded the ACH file to the bank, then noticed it was missing one DD transaction. She determined it was this employee. I suggested she look at the earnings tab to verify that his paycheck processed and that it was only missing in the ACH file. When we look at the employee record, this error occurs and the employee record will not display. So the question is what to I fix or should I just reboot the server to clear the lock.

    Jeff, that's my only thought - rec locked somehow - reboot would clear that.
