v2016Std created UDF for all users/one company. All but 1 user can see the new field. Did all normal troubleshooting, created a new view with just this user/company and they still can't see new field. What could this be from? The UDF is on the header tab in SO entry.

Have them try a screen reset under their login.

See if the customization group filed in user maintenance is populated.

Screen reset was the first thing I did. No customization group either. Originally had 2 out of 5 users that could not see field, after reset the other user could see. Strange because this field flows to invoice data entry and the user can see it there, just not SO entry.

I have seen this also. Some UDF's appear, some not. Has been a sore point for me at times...

This is a hosted company using GTME, wander if that is it. never ever had a problem before.

I've found being on GTME eliminates issues. Have you tried adding/moving another field on SO screen just to kick off an update for it?

You may just need to create a user-specific screen customization if all else fails; I had to do that somewhat recently. But more recently it appeared I was able to resolve by making a change to the UDF, run UDF Update, make a change to the UDF field on the applicable screen, then run the two CO Utilities. YMMV

If you right-click on the Panel and select System Info, do the Customization Details (towards the bottom) match what you expect?
