V2016 Users - Client may need to purchase a few more user licenses. Their question - What add on's require a user license. They have CRM integrated but want to break the link as they have abandoned it (too hard to use). They have E-biz, Starship, and True Commerce EDI using scripts (yes, PITA to upgrade). I think ""E-Biz"" uses a license. @ToddMartin, can you confirm how this works? Anybody have thoughts on the other two? Thanks in advance.

Have you had them look at Master Console to see who all is in the system?

Sage CRM Uses a license, but my understanding is that you don't get back that license if you ""break the connection"". So if a client purchases 10 licenses in Sage 100 Standard, they get 10+1 for Sage CRM. And if they purchase Sage 100 Advance, they get 10 + 1 for Sage CRM + 1 for Sage 100 Host Service. StarShip BOI uses One License and StarShip Link requires the user to be in Shipping Data Entry; so each user utilizes a user license.
