v2016 STD Security - Client called a couple days ago wonder why some pricing did not take effect for one particular customer. After some investigation, I reported back that that customer had price overrides for the items in question. Client wanted to know who did it so I looked and told him who did it. Their response was how could that happen because that person was not supposed to be authorized to do price changes. Dug some more, gave my DUM (dummy) user the same role equivalence as the user and began testing. For the life of me, I cannot get at the price change tables as the dummy user. Looking at the IM_price table, about half of the pricing has this user code in the created by and updated by fields. WTH. Any thoughts out there from the group? TIA

Does DUM have access to user maintenance? Any chance the user temporarily upgraded their Sage permissions?

Was the user copied from another user? I know there have been issues where they don't copy correctly, i.e. permissions they should or shouldn't have. Perhaps create a new user ID for this user and disable the current one?

Are you trying using both the Customer and Item screens? I think these might be different Role permissions.
