    v2016 Std PU 3 User doing item price lookup for customer via item inquiry. Randomly, the price look up will display WITHOUT the price. If OK is selected and customer number is reentered, the price will display the second time. Seems to be limited to one user as well. Thoughts?

    There's something funny with the way the frames and grid line up. Is there a customization panel present (even if its empty)? Can you resize the screen?
