    v2016 STD, hosted environment. Client getting this message when accessing credit card processing. Client accesses via an application shortcut from within the browser. Message pops but cannot get past the download. Host server HAS the latest SED installed. If client access the TS via RDP, they can processes credit cards without issue. Anyone have any thoughts on the issue? IT wants to do a Sage tech support call. TIA

    My guess is that the user does not have the app installed under their user name on the server and likely does not have permissions to install it on server. Is there two user names involved here? One that the user logs into the TS as and then another used to launch the remote app?

    I believe both login are the same user name. will double check.

    I saw problems with a customer on a hosted Citrix platform where the user temp folders (ProgramData?) didn't exist beyond the session so Sage Exchange wouldn't function. That was SE1 though and I thought they fixed that with SE2.
