  • 1.  V2016 SP1 Advanced. Client experience locking up

    V2016 SP1 Advanced. Client experience locking up during ALE lookups and/or report printing on one workstation. Reinstalled workstation, which fixed it for about 10 minutes before problem reoccurred. Appears to work fine in standard (aka MAS 90) mode. Tried turning off cs odbc, but did not have any effect. Has anyone seen, and hopefully fixed, an issue like this?

    Install SP 2 it fixed a similar issue I had on a Sage 2016 Advance Check on Spawn task for the user (User Maint Preferences) Under user maint preferences - review all the settings, make sure nothing odd is turned on, low-speed or limit lookup lists The user/workstations local c:\Sage directory - do they have full permissions?
