    v2016 PU 5 STD - Drawing a blank. Client wants to set a default printer for a custom report. They change the printer (to a Zebra bar code) EVERY time they print a form. The report does not retain the new printer when they print again. I thought it was supposed to. Is this a role setting, a report setting or something else. TIA

    Try changing the PrinterName in ...MAS90\MAS_System\SY_ReportSetting.m4t for the custom report. The records are keyed by module and company.

    Also, make sure they are not using the Standard report. I don't think that plays nice with printers. I seem to recall also with Zebra having to go into the Setup menu in the Sage report and setting a default there (?)

    This is a custom report. No standard report here.

    Can you set the default printer in the Crystal report?

    You mean above in the page setup where it says ZDesigner ..... That is the default printer.
