Just had a customer call saying she couldn't update her cash receipt as it was stuck in a loop trying to create a new fiscal year. They are not on a calendar year and their fiscal year doesn't end until 3/31/2016 so she couldn't understand why it would be trying to create a new one. While her AR date was 12/31/2015, she entered the deposit date as 12/31 which of course, went to 2016. They only have four periods (quarters) so when I went into Fiscal Year Maintenance, the dates came up correctly except the last one ended on 3/31/16 instead of 3/31/17, thus the loop.
