    v2015 Std - Switched user from Sage Payment to American Payment. They are wondering if Sage Exchange is still necessary. If not, how do you remove it? Second APS question - if client is using USB swipe readers (v2015) as part of their POS Sage system, will the scanners still work or is there some tweaking involved after moving to APS.

    Sage Exchange is necessary for communication to the gateway. If the swipe readers are simply populating the Sage 100 screens, then it most likely will work without any tweaking. I have not worked with any swipe readers yet, so I would suggest testing one to see if it works. If not, contact APS to report whatever the error message or issue is to get it resolved.
