V2015 STD - EBIZ - Client went live last week on EBIZ. Have never had an issue before with a migration. See write up below. Were there some files that should have been installed? Their EBIZ consultant said he is unaware of anything.
We upgraded to v2015 last Thursday night and essentially EBM is broken. Prior to the upgrade some orders would automatically go into Sage SO Entry and some would be in the Shopping Cart Accept/Reject screen. Here are the issues we are having with EBM:
For orders that would normally go directly into SO Entry: we are receiving email notification that an order is in Sage with an assigned SO# but the SO# has already been used previously for a different customer PO and the EBM order is nowhere in Sage
For orders that would normally be available in the Shopping Cart Accept/Reject screen: Receive email notification that and EBM order has been received but nothing is in the Shopping Cart Accept/Reject screen
Customers are reporting that they cannot enter/save Drop Ship addresses in the shop site
