Sage 100

v2015 Std - Client has a separate Terminal services server. They just reported that they can run Sage and accept the module date, the program crashes. We have uninstalled/reinstalled the workstation client to no avail. Any thoughts? TiA

I would check the event logs and see if there are any clues there or other errors. I'd be suspicious of possible virus or hardware issues.

+1 @JohnLeonard on try disabling anti-virus/malware on the term serv. You may also wish to try renaming sy_workstation and sy_console and let the system re-create them. Any difference if you launch Sage via ""run as Administrator""?
