v2015 advanced.. Printing w-2s in Aatrix. Is there any way to change the format of the w-2s? We click on ""View"" then W-2 report. The w-2s that print are very small. Is this how it is? DO we need to go to OfficeMax and get mini w-2 forms?

They are 4 up rather than the old 2 up. Not small just conserving paper! Love the 4 up format!

Client has 1st payroll tomorrow so want to print w-2s so I can install the tax table update.

Can you buy the forms at OfficeMax?

TTU is usually only an issue with W2 forms due to FICA limits. No change in limits this year. I love the 4ups too, fold 1 piece of paper in half and stuff in envelope.

Hard to find 4ups in retail store. I send my customers to sage checks. Make backup of live company. Unless major tax law changes i hold off on ttu till 2nd or 3rd pr without an issue.

Thanks. I will direct them to Sage for forms and hold off on TTU. I knew Federal didn't change. They are in California and I was more concerned about state issues. very complex in CA.

Like Annette said. Generally only a fica limit issue and its not changing this year.

You could use the e-file option and be done tonight! When you add the cost of forms, stamps and the time to stuff envelopes, $1.95 per form is a deal.

e-File is Sooooooo easy! Let Aatrix do everything and be done with it!!!!

I had a client say they got W2 forms through Sage and was gauged with cost of forms and the envelopes were not even right.

Doesn't Aatrix print the forms on plain white paper? Last I knew the only issue was you were supposed to have perforated paper and you needed envelopes. I don't think you need store forms any longer for W2.

Plus technically you are supposed to have verbiage on the back of the form also, but I think Aatrix prints that also.

You're supposed to have 4 corner perforated plain for the employee and the state copies. Aatrix allows you to print the instructions to white paper so it's OK if you don't have the backer.

If clients still insist on printing instead of eFiling, I've found this knowledgebase article very helpful!
