v2015 Advanced - Is there a way to BLOCK a user from sending invoices ELECTRONICALLY? Right now anyone has access to send invoices via electronically and its causing an issue where If someone is not paying attention when trying to PRINT a hard copy of an invoice and the setting Is on ELECTROINC, they are accidentally sending the invoice via email instead of printing.

If they are on Exchange, I think you can configure ""impersonation"" (I think that's the right word) to not allow certain users to send email as the email used to send invoices. I know about this from years of dealing with stupid IT who can't configure it to ALLOW the people that need to send the emails...

I had similar issue with user re sending PO's to vendors. What I did was educate on the printing screen and suggest they go to paperless and reprint if they needed again.

I have two printer forms - EMAIL and PRINT - pick the delivery method by picking the correct form..

@PhilMcIntosh Do you know if the email is sent by the server or each user's workstation? I know the chilkatmail.dll resides on each workstation, yet ""advanced"" is server side processing.

I have had that Exchange issue in the past with Advanced as well as standard. I have not cataloged what versions of Exchange and what versions of Sage were involved so test it and keep it on the list of things to check when either Sage or Exchange get upgraded.
