v2014 standard. Customer prints a sales order confirmation to paperless office (pdf). then, needs to make a change to the order.. During the re-print the message unable to create pdf appears. To solve, I remote to the server and look at the open files. There is an open pdf for the original sales order. if I close it then the user is able to print the revised sales order to pdf. Any ideas why the original pdf file is still open?

Did the client just not close the .pdf that appeared on-screen?

Probably turn off keeping only the last copy options in paperless office setup. Or check permissions for paperless directory - they might not have full rights.

Thanks guys. I asked if everything was closed and they said yes (who knows for sure). I will try turning off the last copy option. Already check rights.

Unchecked the ""keep last copy only"" box in form maintenance and that solved it. Thanks!
