    v2014 Sage 100 Standard. Client can only see the ""Modules and Tasks"" window and not the rest of the Sage 100 launcher. I can't find it either. How can I get it back?

    double click on the blue frame on the Modules/Tasks and it will reconnect!

    I tried that with no success. I believe the launcher needs to be visible in order for it to re-dock and I can't find it!

    could it be that encryption virus the encrypts the menu text file?

    Can you kill everything through Task Manager, then launch Sage and see if you get the Launcher visable?

    Look at the tasks that are running on the bottom right. Do you see the Sage icon? If so click on it and see if that will open the Sage menu so that you can double click and dock it again. It has to be in the background in order to dock it.

    Select View from top line, then Show Tasks, then double click the blue frame.

    Don't see View or the top line, just the Modules and Tasks window.

    there are no other windows on the task bar.

    I attached a picture of my task bar. If you can see the SAGE icon, then double click on it and the Sage menu should appear.

    If the Tasks do not appear on a tree to the right, the column may be hidden. To display the column, place the mouse over the vertical bar separating the window until the pointer turns into opposing arrows. Then drag the bar to make the column wider. See if you can double click then.

    Jon, I have seen this, I delted the desktop registry key I belive in hkey current user, actually a KB on this. Then whdn you open Sage you will have it back to orginal frame

    View is between My Tasks and Help on the top left. Select View, then Show Tasks, then double click the blue frame.

    Hi Jon, are you still having an issue? If so try Regedit, Hkey_current_user, Software, Sage Software, should be a key called MAS90 Business Desktop, delete this - re-open Sage the desktop should now be fixed in the original state.

    encryption viruses will cause a similar effect.

    if it's an encryption virus it would affect all users and the client would have larger problems by now!
