v2014 premium. User tries to enter a receipt of goods. When they enter the PO number they get a message ""receipt already exists"" (or something like that). However, no receipts exist. I have seen this error many times and know to correct this you need to reinitialize several tables and rebuild the sort files. PO_ReceiptTaxDetail, PO_ReceiptTaxSummary, PO_ReceiptTierDistribution, PO_ReceiptVarianceCalculation. We went live about a month ago (upgrade from 3.71). This keeps happening. It happens once or twice a week. We have some VI imports into receipt of goods and also have manual ROG happening. Any ideas why this issue would be occurring so often? I am trying to narrow it down to a particular table.
