v2014 premium - I created a label in Crystal repor

v2014 premium - I created a label in Crystal reports and added it to the Sage menu. No matter what I set the number of copies to when printing only one copy comes out. I am on site trying to get multiple copies of the same form to print. Zebra ZT410 printer. Multiple copies print when the label is printer directly from the Crystal report designer. When i add it to the S100 menu I can't get more than 1 copy to print at a time.

Custom report. Simple label with 3 fields.

Have you tried it from preview and then printing from there?

Did you test the canned Sage one? The one for 1-up, not 3. That might give you insight. Might it think it's printing all the copies but not know how long a label is? Just an ""is it plugged in"" thought to rule out.

Thanks everyone. I am trying everything. @MoiraGoggin This looks promising because they are on 2014. I wonder if there are some service packs for Crystal that may solve this. From your document: ""4. Make sure you are using the most current version of Crystal Reports. There was a known Crystal Reports issue in previous versions that could cause the program to lose its knowledge of the printer settings. This was true for all printers not just Zebra printers.

Have you tried using Seagull Scientific drivers? Any time I deal with Zebra printers I use Seagull's drivers. https://www.seagullscientific.com/drivers/zebra-windows-printer-drivers/

Scroll down that page, the list of printers is at the bottom (and it's a very long list :))

Rather than using Crystal to print to Zebra printers, I have had much better luck printing to the printer directly from within MAS using scripting and the BarTender ActiveX Automation API. Labels are easy to design with variable substitution and count control.

I am using the Bartender driver and get the same result as the Zebra driver.

@alanniergarth Thank you very much for the suggestion of previewing first. This is an easy and great workaround.
