Try running the command from the MAS90\Home directory on the server. Don't know much about Premium so maybe my suggestion does not apply.

Thanks Kenny. I just tried running it from the host mas90\home instead of the client mas90\home and the same message appears.

I run these 2 commands in a batch on the server. Sage100 Advanced 2015. Looks different than yours but it might be because you are on Premium. Adjust for username, password, company and VIjob. CD \Sage\MAS90\Home PVXWIN32.EXE ..\LAUNCHER\SOTAPGM.INI ..\SOA\STARTUP.M4P -ARG DIRECT UION kd password ABC VIWI0Y DISPLAY

It's working now. In the apps tab on the configuration server there was parentheses around the path to the home folder. Interesting the KB article about how to use a batch file to import with VI states to use the same path as the start in field in the Sage shortcut. The start in field has parentheses. I copied and pasted to the field on the apps tab. Fortunately @AlnoorCassim was able to see the issue and all is now well.
