v2014 PO Reciept of Goods. User just upgraded from version 3.71. The ID of the user that entered the receipt used to appear in PO Receipts Inquiry in v3.71 but now it doesn't. The user ID helped to research issues. Is the user ID of the person that entered the receipt of goods/invoice available in 2014? I know the right click system info is available but only see the ""last updated"" field. The ""last updated"" field looks to be the user that updated of the register register. I know we aren't getting fair value for maintenance but if Sage removing features this is getting ridiculous.

The ""Created By"" is in the System Info and the ""UserCreatedKey"" is in the PO Receipt Header file. Not sure how to get it to show on the window though.

I believe this went away in 4.4 or 4.5. I never actually witnessed the field, but was told it existed by clients as well. Unfortunately, the only field available to pull in is the User Key (not user logon or name). I wrote a basic script to capture that info at the time the receipt is created and carried it through to history. Annoying for sure.

@JennySearl Are you looking at PO receipt history? @MichelleNichols that's a great workaround but client definitely won;t be happy they will need to pay for something they had for free two weeks ago.

@MichelleNichols What table is the user Key field in?

In RoG, you can add it directly in Customizer on the panel, just click ""SHOW UDF's"" and it should be near the bottom of PO_Receipt_Bus (PO Receipts). To carry it through to PO Receipt History, you can open UDF Maintenance and create a Business Object UDF that ties to the user created key. I hope that makes sense... screenshot below cause it's friday. :)

@MichelleNichols I understand the UDf part and how that carries through. i see now.. You are using the UserCreatedKey from the PO_ReceiptHeader and populating the UDF, then using the business object to update the PO_ReciptHistoryHeader. Got it and thank you!

If the field is in PO_RecieptHeader why wouldn't Sage carry it through to the receipt history? Doesn't seem like it would be any more work to include one more field and would add (retain) a useful feature.
