    v2014 Adv to v2017 Adv Migration - Client has been running for several weeks now. They have just reported that the vendor lookup in AP is not returning values when you start typing the vendor name. I rebuilt the AP sort files and rebuilt the search index under the library master utilities. The search does work in some companies. Thoughts?? TIA!

    You can enable/disable the feature by company and module.

    I am confused @SteveIwanowski - Are you referring to the auto complete functionality? If so, it is activated for these users. Hmmm, I wonder if I should turn it off, then back on...

    When I start typing in the vendor # BOT, I should see Bottomline as an option. Or if I simply type B, I should see vendors that begin with B. This is not happening for the users.

    Per the knowledgebase, auto-complete will not work in customized panels. Could that be it?

    @JaneCavanaugh - Not sure. They have modified panels for all companies (###-###). Look up works in some companies, not in others.
