V2014 ADV, latest PU - Fonts being dropped when printing a Crystal check form - Client added third remote site (company). To create specific AP check form, I copied form of existing company (also remote) and modified for new bank account. Form worked perfectly at 2nd company/remote site. IT department also brought online new VMware client called Horizon and installed two new Terminal server boxes. New remote site is printing to HP laser. Third site is brand new to Sage so there may be other printing issues with other forms. Any thoughts on where to look for the issue? TIA

Possibly a bandwidth or latency issue. Is the ODBC printing service installed? What is the ping packet response time? As you know Crystal is client side processing. Possible dropped packets due to bandwidth or network latency.

Try printing something the requires less bandwidth like a non graphical and see what happens. Also, is the print spooling or printing directly to the printer? You may try changing these settings.

I could swear I've seen this before. What font is being used? Or printer?

Have a related issue with crystal form output on one workstation truncating right-hand character when wrapping text to new line in comment field when generated from one specific workstation. Same form printed from server wraps characters at different place in field.

IT tested remote printing to a different printer. Worked fine. Now looking at printer driver.
