Sage 100

V2013 with YE IRD for 2013 installed. Going to print the W2 forms in 4Up format. The forms are shot, definately not changed for the new format, but there is an issue with the Box 12 for B, C and D fields. How can we move them? Currently they want to print down the page below Box 12 A. The new forms wrap to the next line for B, C and D. Any ideas?

Have you checked to see that the prior years IRD were installed? If I'm reading the instructions properly verifying prior year IRD does not apply to V2013. I'm wondering if resetting the form would help.

I have reset the form. It does not help, truely, it made things worse. Nothing prints anywhere near the appropriate box. And it doesn't make sense that we would go backwards on IRD's installing something that was written before the current release. (I know there can be exceptions to the rule... but I can see that the 2012 was included)

The instructions note that must be V2013 PU 3-4. We stopped trying to get the W-2 to print from Sage 100 several years ago and went to Aatrix eFiling software and things are much easier.

Double what Ron says. Aatrix minimize a LOT (but not all) of headache. Might be something to look into if nothing pans out.

Looks like they ordered some obscure W2 forms. I'm comparing them. Will know more soon.
