V2013, Trying to change the tax schedule on 483 Ship to Addresses via VI. However, when I look at the log, it indicates 'MN TR' (tax schedule) is not numeric but did not fail the record, just a warning. When I tried to make this change manually, it indicated there were exemptions on file, did I want to clear them (No!). How do I get past the 'is not numeric' message and to keep the exemptions on file? Thanks

Would it be possible to utilize the Global Customer Field Change utility?

Doesn't work on the Ship To Addresses, but thanks for the suggestion.

Did you get this fixed? I don't have handy access to v2013 just now, but I had no problem with an import to the ship to in both v2015 and 4.40. The exemption stayed in place with the new tax schedule. My job had customer division, customer number, ship to code and tax schedule. I did a select on division <> and used a csv as the source file. No warnings or errors. Tax schedules were alpha/numeric (WA 3110).
