V2013 Std, PU 4 Win 7 Pro 32 OS. Only happening on one workstation. The left side of the Sage Desktop Explorer view is a different font size (larger) than the right size of the view. Unfortunately, the panel that opens when running a menu is the smaller font size also. Very strange. Have changed the desktop font size from small to medium, but the two size font sizes still exist. Thoughts?

Check this: Unable to increase the font size of text labels defined for the Detail View (right hand side of screen) Products Sage 100 ERP Description When setting the font size in windows operating system the font size does not effect the tasks pane, web pane, or module panels. The font size change only changes the module listing and drop down menus Disclaimer Support Sage Customer Support does not provide assistance for issues related to third party products or enhancements, hardware, report customizations, state or federal tax-related questions, or specific accounting questions. Cause none Resolution There currently is no way to adjust these panes and panels. the current work-around is adjusting the resolution down to 1027 x 768 with the font size of choice selected. This seems to have an effect of adjusting to the settings that the font size was adjusted within windows This can be done by going to Start, Control Panel, Display. Here the user can adjust the font size. On the left side of the pane there is a link called Adjust Resolution. Clicking this link will take the user to the option of adjusting the screen size. Here the user would slide the Resolution slider down to 1027 x 768 and apply.

I ran into this once a few months back. And only again because I was scanning the new posts in the KB and happened to see it listed.
