  • 1.  v2013 std. One user is locked into an accounting

    v2013 std. One user is locked into an accounting date of 2/17/14. Goes to a different workstation and it is the same accounting date from hell. All other users are fine. If he changes the accounting (module date) it will hold until he logs in the next time. Thoughts.

    Maybe delete his user logon and re-create it. Or of course you could just give him a difference user logon.

    you might try renaming SY_Workstation and SY_Console. SY_Workstation does not seem likely since it happens at multiple workstations but renaming both can't hurt.

    I just logged in as that user from my RDP session and it behaved normally. Working on a GTA session with user to see what he is experiencing.

    User is not currently experiencing issue after I tweaked a couple things in company maintenance. Not sure what fixed it. Will keep our fingers crossed.

    If it happens again check out Sy_ModuleDate you may need to replace theirs with yours from v2013
