v2013 (Std) and WIN XP workstations. Have encount

v2013 (Std) and WIN XP workstations. Have encountered this twice now. When printing AP checks, the XP encounters a memory error, then MAS dies. At first I attributed this to the machine and the ""fix"" was to buy an WIN 7 workstation. Today, received call from second user running XP and MAS Std and they have been running into this issue also. Is two a coincidence or a trend......... Anyone encountered this situation?

Have you changed the formulas for the GL Printing in the form?

This is the first I have seen this. I must be living under a rock. So why do the existing forms work when printing from a WIN 7 machine but causes grief on an XP?

@JeffSchwenk - OMG, Jeff, you did the dreaded ""ASKED WHY"" thing! Don't you tell your clients to never ask why when it comes to computers?

Well, at least the client with the new WIN 7 likes it.........

@JeffSchwenk maybe I'm also living under a rock but I thought we weren't supposed to run v2013 on Win XP?

@RonGouveia - They seem to run well with the exception of this issue. Here is the link from the Way Back Machine for those unaware also of Barbara's original post. Interesting thread https://90minds-com.socialcast.com/messages/16824749 Ron, you are up awfully early on this Saturday morning.....

@BarbaraGoldstein - Are any similar changes needed for payroll check forms in 2013?

With Payroll checks, if they are on Standard, they need to run WKSUPDATE Std from the WKSETUP folder to get the DLLS in the right place. No changes to the .RPT itself in my experience.

Hey @BarbaraGoldstein I remember that cheat sheet for A/P Checks on 2013. Was that the one from last year's MOTM
