v2013 advanced with Sage CRM integration. Created a new customer 0003787 in company maintenance and linked it to the corresponding CRM customer. Now, when you go into sales order entry, 66 of the open orders/quotes list the customer number as 0003787 even though they were entered in sales order using a different customer number. The customer numbers magically changed although the bill to name is still correct (remained unchanged). The Bill To Names vary, but all of the sales orders have the same customer number. This has happened twice in the last 2 days. Has anyone seen this?

From my team: Pete, I have not specifically seen this behavior. However, there may be issues within their integration mirror tables. My recommendation would be to take a backup of ERP and run Integration Rebuild process. Also it could be linked to something else other than CRM integration (Eg: Custom Module). But it is worth trying the rebuild first.

Thanks Peter. can you ask your team if the integration rebuild can potentially harm the Sage CRM database? I certainly don;t want to screw this up more than it already is. if this doesn;t work we will open a case with Azamba. It is a mutual client.

From my team (backup, backup, backup): Pete, There is always a risk factor involved with this process. I'd recommend the following. 1. Perform this when all users are logged off from ERP and CRM 2. Stop Sage 100 ERP integration service 3. Backup Sage 100 folder and backup CRM database 4. Perform the rebuild process and test

@PeterWolf Please have one of your people contact me doug@mcsresults.com. They want an estimated cost to fix the issue. They are also considering upgrading Sage 100 and Sage CRM and don't want to have to pay twice if the same procedure is performed during the upgrade. Thanks!.
