v2013 100 Std - Also, a new thing, we have a customer set up ""Credit card customer end user"" and we use this for one-time sales. But, with QB it was no problem because you could just change the cc on the fly. I think in the last version of Sage the C/S girls were able to as well. But, now, they can't. Do you have any suggestions on how they could without Customer Maintenance access (maybe partial?) and without setting up every customer as a temporary one, which Lori or I would have to do anyway. Lori and I are the only ones who do customer maintenance and it is becoming painful with the new cc thing. My first v2103 upgrade using SPS so I am not well versed in it yet. How does one enter CC's on the fly without access to the customer master?

Doesn't the Save checkbox save it to the customer record once you click Accept? Or are you saying they can't enter the card info???

Aaaaahh, the sparks are flying now. You have to complete the information on this screen, then click on the submit card button which opens up an SPS vault window where you can enter the card information on the fly....... The help button really DOES work every now and then......

I think sage needs to hire some of those Infor folks that @WayneSchulz mentioned in yesterdays article
