    V 5.1 standard using payroll. I know 5.1 isn't supported anymore. We are in the process of upgrading to 5.4 but probably won't go live until Feb 1. Is it possible to install the 2017 TTU on version 5.1 ?

    Yes, this will work fine. The IRD checks for the Service update level, but the TTU does not.
